Luxury and exclusivity were not hard to find in this hotel. From the moment of arrival, the service was exceptional, always going above and beyond to fulfill our exclusive needs. the room advantages were plenty, with exclusive amenities and beautiful decor creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel pampered. the spa and wellness centre was a true highlight, with a stunning swimming pool, well-equipped fitness centre and a steam room that was a much-needed retreat. The location advantages were also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and stunning views that made our stay even more memorable. Cons: during our stay, the bar/lounge area felt a bit understaffed, making it difficult to get our drinks in a timely manner. Nonetheless, this minor issue did not detract much from our overall fantastic experience in this hotel.

We had taken a harbour view and were very pleasantly surprised to have a view of the opera house and Sydney Bridge... good location close to the opera of the cruise terminal in the rock district.

One morning they knocked on the door too early 8.00 AM to ask if they could do the room, I who'ria rest a little more. I felt pressured.

We chose the Four Seasons for our anniversary getaway and it exceeded all expectations. The luxurious building and immaculate rooms were a level above the rest. The staff, especially Nazeer, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The fantastic location and stunning harbour view made our stay unforgettable. We can't wait to come back!

I'm a regular here. The staff offered me a cold drink once, and I felt valued. This place suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour service, great food, and an outdoor pool. I'm returning for Easter.

Too bad there is no roof top to drink a good cocktail with the view of the Harbour.

The bed is very comfortable.

In the bathroom, the bathtub was very small and in the shower it is typical that the water comes out a little bit.

The view from our suite was exquisite, with the iconic Opera House and Harbour right at our window. The comfortable and spacious rooms provided the perfect setting to relax with my family after a day of exploration. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even more special, and the convenient location near Circular Quay and the Rocks allowed us to easily immerse ourselves in the vibrant city atmosphere.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great to have more family-friendly activities or play areas for the children within the hotel premises.

The Four Seasons e Sydney is absolutely perfect if you want to be very close to the harbour and Opera House as well as restaurants and bars. Everything is a 3 minute walk away. shops are 5 minutes walk away. pool is very nice and quiet with water and sunscreen. Excellent margharitas served at the pool. Same for salads.

I've been thinking about it for a long time... and I can't think of anything I didn't like.

I chose this hotel for attending a leadership summit because it provides a convenient location with access to key landmarks and public transport. The renovated Premier City King Room was spacious and well-appointed, contributing to a productive and enjoyable visit.

The only service I missed for my work was not having a dedicated business center or meeting room facilities within the hotel. This would have been beneficial for conducting meetings and work sessions during my stay.

The front office and Guest Relations Officers were incredibly welcoming and accommodated our requests prior to arrival. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of cleaning our room and ensuring it was tidy, even closing the curtains in the evening. The location of the hotel was also incredible, with easy access to nearby attractions such as the DFS shopping mall, restaurants, and museums. We were able to explore the area around the harbour, just a few minutes' walk away.

Rooms are well-equipped with a large HDTV and Bluetooth Bose speaker. It was nice to have coffee, tea, and adapter plugs available. The bed was heavenly and very comfortable. The location was convenient and close to a popular Sunday market.

The room had plenty of mirrors and outlets, making it convenient for getting ready. The K cup coffee machine was a nice touch. The hotel's location was excellent, just steps away from restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions like ferries and the Opera House.

The bar was closed for a private function as we had to go to the coffee shop style restaurant for a drink. The bathroom rugs were shredding and we had to ask for more towels.

We had an amazing time staying in this hotel. The location was perfect, being right in the middle of the city with breathtaking views of the harbor. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always treated us with respect. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with a wide variety of delicious food and impeccable service. We were able to enjoy the beautiful view of the Opera House while indulging in a delightful morning meal. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, such as a day bench in the room where we could relax and enjoy the partial view of the Opera House.

The only downside was the lack of clear instructions and signage in the room. It would have been helpful to have information about the hotel's amenities and details on how to operate the TV.

The pool area was a lush oasis amidst the bustling city, like finding a hidden treasure chest in a concrete jungle. The living greenwall made me feel like I was swimming in a tropical paradise, surrounded by an abundance of rare plant species. It was a serene escape from the urban chaos.

The neighbourhood cocktail bar was fantastic, with a great selection of craft spirits, wines, and cocktails. The pool area with its living greenwall was a stunning feature. The breakfast offered a delicious range of dishes. The massage and facial were incredibly rejuvenating. The open deck with the outdoor pool was a perfect spot for relaxing. The themed greeting in the welcome lounge was impressive. The venue provided a truly unique and memorable experience. The culinary team's food and beverage experiences were top-notch. The decor at Mode Bar was decadent and stylish.

Oh, such a shame, I couldn't find a power outlet near the bed to charge my phone. How inconvenient!
